One of our big customers needs ready assembledplastic inserts for the aluminum caps, basically we need two types: Push-up and screw-off.

The planned quantities are as below:
PushUp 47 mm insert - 2 mln pcs monthly
PushUp 57 mm insert - 2 mln pcs monthly
ScrewOff 47 mm insert - 1 mln pcs monthly
ScrewOff 57 mm insert - 1 mln pcs monthly

Of course such supply quantities should be reached step by step in 3-4months increasingly. In case you are possible to supply such inserts, we will need the samples (about 10 pcs of each type in each size). We can submit the drawings and shipment address on reqest.
