Same Day Double / Simultaneous Closing for CMO's         1. If you have CMO's to sale    2. And you have CMO Exist buyers to buy    3. We will bring all the money you need to do the transaction.          Example:    Mr. Jones has a trader who is willing to sell him CMO's for 1 Cent and Mr. Smith is willing to buy the CMO's from Mr. Jones for 3 Cents, they have a deal. There is only one problem, Mr. Jones doesn't have the cash to purchase the CMO's for 1 Cent so that's where we step in, we will purchase the CMO's for Mr. Jones with "NO" out of pocket money to him at all. Our investors will purchase all the CMO's Mr. Jones wants as long as Mr. Smith can afford to buy them from us.    Procedures:    We need you to have your exist buyers(Mr. Smith) in place with their funds located at their Brokerage Firm/Bank and we will call your exist buyers trader to confirm.      Next we will call the buyer's(Mr. Jones) trader to confirm and research the identified CMO's you want us to purchase and view the screen shots and prospectives.    Once we agree that the identified CMO's are a qualified purchase we than confirm that the exist buyer(Mr.Smith) is ready to buy from us and we move forward and perform the DTC transaction.    We only will do a same day closing transaction and will only do T1 period!!!!!    We will buy and sell immediately, We will not buy and hold!!!!!!!!!!!!    Profit split    As in the example above we will give Mr. Jones a 20% portion of the profits and we the investors keep 80%. We will repeat these transactions over and over again.       In Conclusion    If you(Mr.Jones) have the CMO's or can get the CMO's and you have exist buyers(Mr.Smith) in place and the last thing you need is the money to fund the transaction, call us.    We do not have A-N-Y upfront cost or fees for our services.
