We have a Government who buys 3.000.000 MT of white sugar INCUMSA 45 for human consumption annually so, we are interested in real suppliers of sugar who will be able to demonstrate their good standing and be able to give the Government the following documentation which will be addressed directly to them to qualify the supplier as a real one A- A profile of the selling company. B- List of commercial customers to the selling company with names and phone numbers. C- The number of sugar contracts the company signed in the last 3 years D- A Bank supporting letter stating that the selling company is in good standing and capable of         opening a 6% performance bond E- A proof of membership in the sugar association either in London or in Paris The Ministry of Trade and Commerce will open a letter of credit from an American bank(prime Bank) Since we will be dealing directly with a Government, they do not issue neither LOI nor BCL, if you are able to demonstrate the above documents we are on our way to do business for years to come
