I need to find a seller's mandate for D2, Mazut, JP54 and related petro products who I can work with to achieve positive results for the billions of dollars worth of orders I am receiving daily.Many claim to be the mandate but then I find out that there is a great big long chain of hangers on all doing nothing but expecting their pound of flesh out of a deal which never happens due to the time taken through their inactivity.Is there anyone out there who is a mandate and is still hungry enough for business.If so i want to hear from you.
