PAYMENT: Irrevocable, Transferable and Divisible Letter of Credit. PERFORMANCE BOND: 2% to be submitted by seller along with POP upon receiving the Non-Operative Payments instrument. INSPECTION: Quantity, quality and weight by SGS certified agency, at Sellers cost at port of loading. Factory visit by a person to be designated and paid by the buyer to confirm that the necessary quantities of the product exist and are available for shipment to Venezuela. SHIPMENT TERMS: CIF ASWP.  First shipment to be within 25 days after receipt of L/C by seller?s bank. COMMISION: Please kindly confirm the commission amount for us.
