General specifications of input foil are as follows: internal diameter of input foil :76 and 152 mm ,out put diameter foil:Min 500mm. internal diameter of input foil after washing in rewinder : 76 and 152mm , minimum speed of machine: 80 m/min, minimum width of input: 700 mm, thickness of input foil 12-50 micron , temper= HO and H18 , machine includes washing with chemical degreasing at the first step and then washing with water . The heat of solution at the both of two steps must be 50-70 Celsius. Foils after completely washing dries and regularly winding not telescopically. after supplying mentioned machine we need a lacquering and printing and slitting machine that depends completely on degreasing machine.
