Material must locate in Europe as we want to come and look material before any contract signing - this way we work with all our partner metal scrap yards ( it mean that we need to have direct contact with yard ) No long procedure, do not ask BCL for this. If you have material available, your price offer will be suitable and we can come and check material - we can have good and long-term business.
