Dear Sir I am distributer to over 100 customers that I deliver to in person. I want to start a catalog and start shipping to and doing retail shows. I will be able to move alot of product and need better prices but am unable to send money out of country without gurantee that I will have my products with in a couple of days from time of money being sent. COD is my preferred way of doing business because I am a 1 person company only been in business 6 years at selling pipes. I need good rates so I can sell quantity and need to be sure pipes are always about same weight and colors and styles are not all same I need good variety and Need someone who knows how to pack glass for shippig so no problem with breakage.
