Hello I am looking for a particular type of wing that has an elastic covered arm bands. They can not have metal or wire in the construction, I am looking for the ones that have plastic tubing which runs continuously through each wing, this way they flutter in the wind. Easter Unlimted, Inc is distributing some to wholesalers here in Ca under the name "Flutter Wings" they run about 4.00 through the wholesaler I have been using. I am interested in purchasing them in bulk, mixed colors. Right now I can get, blue, lavender, pink and white through my wholesale store here. I am looking to work directly through the manufacturer
