My top priority is to find a manufacturer that can provide the following item:

Right now we are buying both a wire braided and a helical wire reinforced Yellow Mine Spray Hose with a 1000 psi working pressure with a 4 to 1 safety factor. This hose is used in underground mining in sizes 1, 1-1/4, 1-1/2, and 2. We bought over 500,000 dollars of just this hose and couplings from two different manufacturers this year already and we got four more containers coming in the last 4 weeks. We currently buy the helical wire reinforced hose from Sel Group, Polimer Kaucuk San. Ve Paz. A. S. In Istanbul Turkey. We buy the wire braided hose from Hirun Technology/Eritron in Shanghai China. We want to get away from the helical wire reinforced hose because it does not last as long as the braided hose. The braided hose we currently get is great however our supplier is pitiful and constantly misses promised ship dates.

Do you make the above hose or can you make the above hose? Do you or can you make the hydraulic couplings that go on this hose?

After I find the above item than I will concentrate on the items below.

We also import all the other hoses listed and some others as well. We do about 7 million dollars in hydraulics also.

6) Sizes 2 through 6 material handling suction hose sizes 2 & 3 60 psi, 4 45 psi, and 6 40 psi working pressure.

The physical characteristics are as follows:

1) Yellow Mine Spray Hose has a Black Neoprene tube and a Yellow NBR/PVC cover.

2) Water suction hose has a Black EPDM blend tube and a Black EPDM blend cover that weather and is ozone resistant

3) Water discharge hose has a Black SBR tube and a Black SBR cover that is weather and ozone resistant

4) Tank truck hose has a Black Nitrile tube and a Black or Red Neoprene cover

5) Food suction and discharge hose has a Type D2 (Natural Rubber). Sanitary FDA. White. 3/16 thick. Tube, and a Type D3 (Natural Rubber). Gray cover.

6) Material handling suction hose Type D3 (Natural Rubber). Black. Static Conductive. 3/16 thick tube, and a Type D (SBR) Black cover.

We also import Green PVC Suction Hose and Blue PVC Discharge Hose!
