I would like to launch a retail vanilla business using only Uganda vanilla, preferably organic. I will buy the product in somewhat smaller quantities than the big companies, but would also like to buy from small farmers and/or women farmers.
The beans should be cured and processed and very clean, and bundled in small bundles, size of bundles to be determined.
In terms of weight, I would like to start with 100 lbs. and see how that goes.
Any thoughts? Does anyone have the perfect farmer for me?
