Hello,
I am a raw foods chef who is opening a cafe-bistro in
June. I use alot of almonds and almond meal in
preparing many dishes and I am concerned about the new
USDA rule that all raw almonds from the U.S. be steamed
and/or fumigated with toxins. I am unwilling to accept
or purchase any raw almonds grown in this country and
would like to know if your almonds (and other nuts and fruits) are imported. If
so, I would like to know your wholesale pricing and
minimums please.
