We have current orders for up to 2m MT of CDSO, 900, 000 MT of CDRO and 200, 000 MT of RSO. Currently we are looking at 12 month contract pricing of 1220-1230 USD per MT of CDRO, 940-960 USD per MT of CDSO and 1230USD per MT of RSO bottled and labeled. Can you help? These are the Procedures and we do not deviate from them: 1. Seller issues sales and purchase agreement in favour of the buyer. 2. Buyer returns the sales and purchase agreement duly signed and sealed to the seller within 3 (three) banking days per fax and email copies deemed as originals. 3. Within 3 (three) international banking days of the receipt of buyers contract, the seller will post the full Proof of Product (POP) which will activate the DLC procedure. 4. Within 5 (five) banking days after receiving POP, the buyers bank states their readiness to issue their irrevocable, and for the seller transferable DLC, As per contract agreed to sellers nominated bank. 5. Shipment commence, as per Delivery Schedule mutually agreed.
