Rubber sheet should be non breakable, one side rough surface and another side smooth or polished surface.

We are producing mud flap from this kind of rubber sheet. We are also stick PVC adhesive tape on mud flap for decoration purpose. Therefore any kind of PVC adhesive tape should be stick on rubber sheet.
