EcoChem Canada is a duly registered Canadian corporation. We represent a consortium of corporate farmers whose immediate requirement, for Urea 46% (Granular), is 150, 000 MT. We would prefer to enter into an initial 12 month, renewable contractual arrangement whereby shipments would occur in increments of 25, 000 MT each, for a total of six shipments. Destination port is Montreal Canada. We are not intermediaries, and NO commissions are required at our end. The project is fully funded and, as a result, we are in a position to react to a favorable spot quotation and issue the appropriate documents on short notice. Payment would be in the form of a Revolving Letter of Credit.
